Leadership

I could easily use this blog to bitch about my job, but I won't. Because I've actually been enjoying myself recently. The change in "leadership," however, is not a positive. Leadership means being decisive and having a set sort of plan of how to go about things. It is not about how every one of your employees feels or group decision making. Take a stand. If things don't work or need to be changed, then make those changes. Don't wait for your employees' approval. Oh and organization helps. A lot. Learn something about it.
