Her Usual Place
Does it say something about me as a dog owner that my dog has a usual place in the kennel? I called yesterday to make some last minute arrangements for Gracie and discovered that there was no room for her at the inn. The kennel lady later called me back to say someone was picking up their dogs at 7 AM (who does that?) so I would drop her off. She was highly concerned that Gracie would not have her usual place because Gracie is so sensitive. I personally think that Gracie needs to suck it up and deal.And I'm off to Jackson Hole in the morning. I refuse to go to Yellowstone in July, but I'll probably do some hiking in the Tetons before I come back on Saturday. I'd stay the weekend but not at $300 a night.
