Slip Sliding Away
Yesterday, I headed out because I knew that there was no way we could get through three weekends without some major weather issue keeping me stuck here. I had planned to go to Park City and learn how to tile my bathroom but quickly changed my mind when I realized Sundance was going on. Much as I'd love to meet Paris Hilton, I decided to give Park City a pass.Instead, I ended up in the stoplight hell that is Ogden. What a miserable, miserable place. That said, they have a Target. Said Target has the taco sauce I like that I can't find anywhere else. It's totally worth the two hour drive on winding mountain roads for the taco sauce.
As I was driving into town, I saw a bunch of people sliding down the mountain at a rest stop. I thought of those of you not sliding because of the cold, and almost stopped for one trip down the mountain. It was the perfect day for it and you don't have hills that tall in Minnesota.
