Better
So after a major setback on Thursday involving more tranfusions, it looks like my mom will be coming home (to Wyoming) tomorrow. Her doctor has ordered her to fly home so she'll most likely stay here for the week to regain some more strength and then I'll put her on a plane to Minneapolis where someone else can take care of her until my dad can get there. We'll probably give my dad a couple days head start. Planes seem to go so much faster than cars.Yesterday, I threw the dogs in the kennel for the day and went to visit her. I spent over $800 on the trip. Hospital visits are damn pricey. But at least my truck stops when I hit the brakes and I'll have a dryer that actually dries this winter.
