And the Hike Goes On...
Note: This post actually starts in the previous post because Blogger decided to act up.On the way back down, I snagged this picture. I started a mile east of the lake shown here.
The problem with hiking seven miles up is that you also have to hike seven miles down. My feet just couldn't take it anymore so I stopped at a stream where my foot asked, "How far is it to the car? I think I'll just stay here and freeze in this water."
Then I hiked down the mountain, got in my truck stopped at DQ and Kmart and made the three hour trip home. I hurt today. A lot.
